Amazing local owners. I cannot recommend my experience enough with this dry cleaner. They have to notch service. In my particular case,I didn't realize that the Westfield location had earlier closing hours on Saturday versus the Scotch Plains location and the owner opened up the store so that I could pick up the door that I needed for my husband. Breast customer service ever!

Only Cleaners I have ever needed to use and they are always friendly, fast, and reliable.Whether it's just to get my suite and some shirts dry-cleaned or alterations to clothing I wear for work.Starlight hemmed my pants for work and did an incredible job, as they were just too long so they shortened them up by measuring me and the staff was wonderful like always!I had a 2nd pair done as they were too long and Starlight did another amazing job hemming them to the exact length I specified. Very friendly, helpful, and received them back the same week. Thanks!I also had another pair that needed the waist taken in about 1.5" inches and they did a phenomenal job in only 2-3 days and I got them back in time for work!Service: Alterations

Local, family-owned business with friendly and welcoming service. I initially took my husband's wedding suit to be cleaned here and have gone back several times with other things. Going to bring my wedding dress to get cleaned and boxed up here as Starlight Cleaners have proved to be very trustworthy with the quality of work that they do.

It's not often when great quality and unparalleled customer service intersect...look no further then Starlight Cleaners and Dawn and Michael Novello!!! Thanks to you both for helping out this AM (A Sunday!!!)...because of you, I will be well clothed for my Biz trip. Without you, making up for my forgetfulness I would have been crumpled and rumpled in CA all next week. Instead I will be presented in true Starlight fashion!!! Not quit sure what the previous poster is saying. I have been a customer of this establishment for a few years. I am very particular of my clothes and these people do a phenomenal job on everything from my shirts to my suits. They also somehow have the best tailor I have ever had the pleasure of using! And just as an aside. If you leave your collar stays in your shirts you are doing yourself a massive disservice! One to your shirts and the other to your cleaners!!! Not sure how your negligence can be blamed on your cleaner as this is type of attention is the wearer not the cleaners! As an aside, I have used the generosity or this cleaner many times on their providing of collar stays as they often need replacing and to buy them in a dept store is pricey for what is just a piece of plastic. Starlight management , you keep doing the great job you do and you will have my biz for as long as I am a NJ resident!!!!!

My go to dry cleaner. They do a great job (full time suit wearer so I rely on them a lot) and are always able to accommodate any special request. The owners and staff are always so friendly. Locally owned.

In three years of taking my shirts to be laundered weekly I've never had an issue with losing collar stays from button up shirts. I just picked up my shirts this afternoon from Starlight and found that every collar stay was missing. When I called the gentleman who answered the phone could not have been less enthused or helpful. His response was "we have a bowl of collar stays here you can come and pick out if you want" Looks like I'll have to find another business to patronize weekly
