came in with my 14 month old son yesterday and Chris was fantastic. My son was tired and cranky and Chris did a great job sizing his foot and found us two perfect pairs of sneakers for him in a very short period of time ! I will definitely be coming back when he needs another pair . Thanks Chris

I would never purchase shoes from this store again. I purchased ugh slippers for my daughter. After less than 2 weeks of wearing them the entire back is ripping off. They refused to exchange or provide a refund. Will never buy from this store again. Terrible customer service

We are from PA so we ordered online. Although the site did not show that we made an order and did not give tracking info, the employee that helped me over the phone was great and the shoes arrived with in a few days of the order being placed. My daughter is in love with the shoes. Definitely would order again.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. We had the opposite customer service experience. We bought sneakers for our kids for back to school. We were sold shoes with no growing room in them. I told the sales clerk I wanted them to have some growing room. He didn’t watch the kids walk in their shoes, and he stopped helping our family to help a couple who came in with their toddler. 2 days later we tried to return the, and we were only given a store credit. Today we came to use our store credit, and the store was closed (the website says they should be open). We waited 25 minutes, and it never opened. Incredibly frustrated with our experience.

Wonderful customer service! Brought in my newly walking toddler twins for their first pair of sneakers, and we had an amazing and successful experience. They agreed too! Highly recommend!
