Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress trying to return that particular item so that little gesture made my day a lot better.”

She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. During a visit in June, I noticed that they make banners and the owner personally explained the options and truly wanted to help me design a beautiful banner for my son’s graduation. I requested an 16’ by 5’ banner in a timeframe that was too small, but the owner worked late nights, even to 10:30pm to make sure that I was happy.
