Been coming here for years my now teenage daughter still shops here with my toddler & the young lady always nice ? it’s a small store but they have about everything in there for kids & adult I had a headband there very glitz ? what I think I keep coming is because they wrapped and personalized everything you need for free that’s a plus for me living in small town with bday party every day no time for wrapping and it’s quick all you gotta do is buy your stuff and they wrapped it nicely and write whatever you want the ladies again always friendly I never feel rushed
whatsoever and my girls are always happy getting gifts for friends & fam oh and they have that birthday package kid picks what they like you buy them & they keep it for you everything beautifully wrapped it’s awesome- Great job to the young ladies there sometimes it’s only one and she does it all I think it’s a family owned business too. Overpriced and rude staff. Went there to buy a scooter for my daughter, they did not have it so immediately lost interest and couldn’t wait for me to get out of there. The lady even asked the next customer: do YOU want a scooter??!!

Poor customer service. Very overpriced, they kicked us out for not buying anything we were looking and they said don’t touch endless ur going to buy. Lots of hospitality. Very disappointed. My brother is in tears after this place

My daughter received a gift card here for her birthday. We went and I noticed how overpriced the items were but she wanted to redeem her gift card. She purchased slime. When she began to play with it, it had separated and colored oil got everywhere. We went back to Learning Express and I asked the woman at the register if something was wrong with the slime. She abruptly said no and told us that it's wet slime and that's how it is. She refused an exchange nor would she let us return it. She was rude and unhelpful. I will never shop there again

Expensive and a challenging layout. It's not really a Specialty toy store for STEM (you would do better going to Liberty Science Center and their gift shop for that stuff) and there are so many "don't touch this" type signs, its almost impossible to bring an eight-year-old in to shop. JaZams in Princeton is much, much better.

Went in there with 2 kids grabbed a whole bunch of stuff that only fit in 2 bags 620 the women tells me way over priced and on top of that they charge me tax when I paid in cash way too much money for kid items

Took my daughter here after she found it on google and she was so happy! Her reaction was as though she walked into heaven lol.. so many options for so many ages! So glad we went there! We'll be back!
