Went to Jo’s.A.Banks in Westfield nj had a wonderful experience the staff was wonderful helped my husband pick out a sports jacket, pants, shirt, socks, and belt in about 45 minutes and measured him for alterations very courteous very professional. Their names were KARISHMA and Ken would definitely go back there again.!

Went in today with my fiance for his fitting and Andrew was great! Super friendly and helpful, was patient with all our questions and made sure to get us the answers we needed.

The customer service was amazing. I got to the store at 7:50, and the manager stayed with me until 8:30 (after closing time), helping me with my prom tux. He never rushed me, or had an attitude. I have shopped with Jos a Bank before, and I will definitely continue to do so.
