She worked with me on getting the rings by the time I needed them and also had us back after the engagement to verify ring fitment for my fiancee. She then was able to show my fiancee a couple of options for my wedding band. We ended up getting a platinum Tacori wedding band. He can repair any piece of jewelry or watch you take to him , but recently he has created some fantastic custom pieces for me . We were really there because I was taking my 12yo daughter to get her ears pierced. It was a nearly painless process-- just a teeny pinch. Then she did mine, too (second holes in both ears). Keonna was so gentle, so friendly, and helpful. She really put us both at ease. I told her I eventually wanted to do piercings all the way up my ear to the cartilage and she said to come back and let her do it.
