Justin, one of the team members, is pleasant to talk to. He answered all the questions I asked him. He recommended shoes that are fitted for me and allowed me to decide which one felt comfortable.

Had walked by the store for some number of years but never went in - what a mistake! Decided to drop in Wednesday and I'm glad I did. Was assisted by a very helpful employee and he was very helpful in getting me set up with my new sneakers (two pairs). Will definately be back.

They make a 3d model of your feet to get an ideal fit for you. And also a 60 days return policy if anything goes wrong. Victoria is the best, highly recommend!

We received attentive and expert advice from Joe H. He analyzed our feet using a device in the store, explained the findings, and offered several options for us to try on in the store. There were 4 of us and we each bought new shoes and are very happy with the look, fit, comfort and support of the shoes.

We had a really positive experience at Fleet Feet Westfield. The staff was professional and helpful, using a foot testing device to measure our feet and match us with the right kind of shoes. The process was straightforward and made a noticeable difference in finding pairs that fit well and felt comfortable.

Recently visited the Westfield location and was met by Joe almost immediately as my wife and I entered. From the beginning Joe took us thru the foot evaluation process and provided some amazing information and insight. He was personable and knowledgeable and really created an amazing experience for the time we were there. We also met another associate named Victoria who was also very personable and showed the true character of the store. Overall go in, ask for Joe and he will definitely give you the best of what Fleet Feet has to offer.
