This review is based on the treatment of the staff towards customers, one person specifically, the African American female, not sure if she is the manager but she gives attitudes when she was asked to assist, she definitely does not have a friendly demeanor and appeared that she did not want to work because instead she was talking with someone about eyelashes. I also saw that she was talking to new staff in training with a demeaning tone. I am not sure how she obtained that position, but Gap needs to make sure their employees don’t speak with demeaning tones of voice to customers or other staff members. Maybe provide better training. The interaction with this individual left a sour taste in my mouth and sadly, GAP is losing a customer.

One of the nicest gap stores I've been in. Meticulously kept and wonderful manager. She was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

We arrived at 5:45. The store closes at six. Victoria and Lorenzo was so helpful. You were able to shop by everything we needed and they even helped us pick out clothes. We left at 6:20. I definitely recommend Westfield gap.!

1 month return policy, NO exceptions, no store credit, nothing. Last time I'm buying from the Gap. Not worth the aggravation.

When you buy something with a red tag, make sure you know it is not returnable even if it is within a couple of days. Something they should tell you before you purchase it, but why would they do that? Was going to bring my kids on our annual Gap and Old Navy back to school shopping but since Gap has no loyalty to me, I no longer have loyalty to them. So my BR clothing will go back once it arrives also. Gap needs me more than I need them especially considering I keep my Gap account paid up. And the nerve of this employee who asked me if I can find someone else to wear it since it didn’t fit me. Like I have time for that. Take your $20 and donate the shirt for me. I don’t have time to locate someone who wants your non sustainable shirt probably made in a communist country.

The GAP missed me! Sent me an e-mail w/code for $10 off! So, couldn't resist, and stopped by and got a few cute things for my Granddaughter, Olivia! Friendly, helpful staff. New GAP Barbie collection on the 2nd floor is very adorable and PINK! Lots of Sale items too, but not GAP Barbie, yet...??

I came to this location to return some items I bought online. And I must say it was quite clean, quiet & organized. I was assisted as soon as I arrived at the register by very nice male associate named David. I ended up going upstairs to look at the sale items and found some pieces I was excited about. Even thought the big sale they had in the last week ended they have an extra 50% off current sale items which is awesome!! When I was ready for my second transaction, a lovely female associate named Kylee gladly helped me with my purchase. I will be returning to this lovely location. Keep it up guys!!? (FYI - There is cheap parking available behind the store.)

There are much better places to shop in Westfield where you will be treated with respect and not have to put up with grumpy staff. Shop elsewhere, you deserve better.
