I found one of this companies oldest hangers in my mother's things. Looks like from the early 1900. My grandparents did business here many years ago!

I have since cleared this all up with the owner, who was more than generous to me. I would definitely go back and try again, especially since I now know that this is a family owned business and have had such a wonderful customer service experience with them.

The president of the company did reach out to me, which was very nice and unexpected. I appreciated it. It seems to be that my experience wasn't typical for them. On Facebook all I hear is good things and recommendations for this place. I am willing to try them out once more.
