Since I can not reply to owner's comments.Let me put some fact here.My insurance company does not determine my car as total loss. That is the exact reason I bought car over to have Mike and team to investigate. And I did not have any other shop looked at it before towed it over to Eurosports. (My dealer had a look when the car was functioning 3 months ago.)So the claim below is absolutely incorrect "Your insurance company determined it a total loss and you opted to buy it back from them to attempt repair. You had another shop attempt diagnosis without success and towed it here " . Wow, I can not believe you could make things up like that. If the above is true, go to sue me in court, and I am willing to pay you whatever.I did authorize for the gear shift replacement but that is after you firmly believe that was the issue. I did not proceed with the neutral switch replacement due to 1)your first initial diagnosis was not correct 2)There was no error code as you said.--------------------------------------------I probably should think of more when I sent my Bmw over for repair when company name itself as Eurosport, as a company that claims great dealing general issues probably not good at specialized one.Anyway, the customer service is wonderful, Michael is definitely very flexible and willing to help. But the technician might not been so. After initial diagnosis, they came back with very strong confidence that my gear shift went bad. Greenlighted with replacement, but turned out that was not the issue. I have suggested that issue could come from neutral safety switch, they sort of accept that after the gear shift fix did not work. But then I asked them what was the error on their car scanner, they said there weren't any from beginning. That raised some concern and I did not proceed the repair. When I went to pick up the car, the technician said he did not know there is a switch inside transmission:-(.Getting back my car, I plugged OBD cable and start INPA. And there are errors in memory and would reappear after clearing. I took out my EGS (transmission module) and saw a pin was bent at the bottom. I called them and they said they did not know. It could be caused by me instead. And of course, there are oily black hand marks on my door left by their technical who should have wearied gloves in the first place.I asked for partial credit because they gave the wrong diagnoses but the owner said no because they spent more time than they charged me.So to wrap it, I think if you just go for a oil change, brake job etc. They should be ok. But I would be very nervous to go there for any serious repair. Btw, maybe one small thing shows their character, when I sent in my car, they quotes 145$/hr, when I went to pick it up, it became 150$/hr. I asked Michael why, and he told me they just raised the price in the past week. I could not help laughing.

Great service, they found things that the dealer couldn't find, or didn't take the time to find. I highly recommend Eurosport of Westfield!

Have been a customer of Eurosport in Westfield for several years. However, while I have no issue with the quality of their service, Eurosport's prices are now outrageously high. Decided to look elsewhere and took my car to Bimmer Hub. The service was excellent and the repairs were done on time. In short, a very pleasant experience. As an example of the price differential, my BMW 740 needed a front crankshaft seal replaced. The work was done at Bimmer Hub for $400 while the estimate from Eurosport was $1954! I now have a new shop.

This shop was highly recommended by my autoparts contact. Susan, Sean and Mike are the BEST! From day one, when I owned a 2006 Merrcedes ML350, which lived longer than most..they were always honest and knowledgeable...most of all reasonable. SHE died (My 2006 Benz) and now I am confidently placing the life of my Volvo V60 in their hands. Service is efficient and never a suggestion of what I do NOT need...that is sooo much appreciated. I must add that they are also very personable as well...needless to say, I trust this shop with my used, but New Baby!!! Thank you Eurosport of Westfield for being top notch!

I am not a customer but was visiting in the area when a warning light appeared on my Volvo XC60 dashboard and the accompanying engine underperforming message. Hesitant to get back on the road and drive 30 miles to home, I stopped at Eurosport. They graciously took my car right away, ran some diagnostics, cleared the error messages and assured me that there was no underlying condition that required immediate attention. And they didn't even charge me! I had heard other excellent feedback about Eurosport but now having experienced it myself I would highly recommend them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Eurosport was my go to place for years for repairs to my BBW up until I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I really miss Mike and the crew there. They usually did the repairs for almost half the price that the BMW dealership wanted. Their work is top notch!!!!!!!!!Services: Engine repair

I went to Eurosport to have a repair for noises coming from the front and rear suspensions of my 2016 Golf R and a brake job. After their assessment they replaced a back spring seat that was smashed and told me that car was fine and that "everything was fixed". Took the car home and none was fixed with a new noise coming from the front. Brought back the car a second time to find out the new noise was coming from the $600+ brake job they had performed. They fixed their mistake on the front pad test drove the car for the other issues and return it to me stating that everything was fixed. The noises were still coming from the front and back of the car. Went back a 3rd time and "Sean" started to become condescending. They finally acknowledged the rear noise and explained that the whole cover of the C-pillar needed to be removed to inspect / fix the problem. They were still unable to assess the front issue. At that point I did not trust their repair expertise and left. None of my issues were fixed. Good luck...

Take my *** 7 Series and Porsche 911 only to Eurosport. Great communication, great mechanics, fair prices and great customer service. I have known these people for about 3 years and have total trust in them. Today, while I was out of town, my wife had an issue with her ****** Eurosport sent someone to the house and had the car back on the road shortly thereafter. In this day and age, who does something like this for customers? Any foreign car owner in the Westfield/************* area who does not use Eurosport is missing out and receiving less than the valuable total service available here.
