This store is great and has everything I’ve forgotten to pack when I visit my parents. There is a decent amount of parking available and the associates here are very friendly.

Horrible customer service. You wait and wait for someone to answer the phone and then they hang up your call. Unbelievable and absolutely irresponsible.

Recently moved and had to find a new pharmacy so figured to give CVS in Westfield a try. The two times I had to deal with them I had issues. First was when speaking with the pharmacist on duty she was rude and not willing to assist me with my medication issue. Second incident occurred in which I called to have a medication released from the previous issue and attempted 3 times. First time I waited on hold 11 minutes and then someone picked up the line and immediately hung up. Then attempted two additional times and waited on hold about 2-3 minutes each to only have the call disconnected. For many years I was with a small mom and pop pharmacy and now I remember why I chose that route. Going back to my original pharmacy which is a 20 minute drive because they are responsive and take the time to know their clients.

They keep you on hold for 50 minutes and then they pick up the phone and hang up on you. My advice is to find another pharmacy.

Using one dimension to rate the problems and value of a store like this one is impossible., I give them a 0 on their automated management of prescriptions, and you can't get around it - you have to fight through it no matter what, unless you go physically to the pharmacy. On the other hand, once I'm dealing with a pharmacist, they are very helpful and courteous. They get a 5. The rest of the attendants in the store, though, are not so good. When you can find one to ask a question, you find that they're largely ignorant of what's in the store and where it is. The worst is that many of us get stuck with this store because they have joined up with insurance to form a monopoly. Anti-trust laws should prevent this. If you are lucky enough to have insurance that covers it, go to Baron's.

reluctantly had to move my prescriptions from Barrons Pharmacy in Westfield to CVS in Westfield due to insurance. very rude pharmacist! had to wait 3 days for pickup. wound up not saving any $$$ at all. had a simple yes or no question after picking up my order and was told to wait in line.

It's almost unbelievable how inefficient, rude, and not helpful this pharmacy is. Common items like penicillin and asthma treatments appear to never be in stock. I had to wait one time while the 3 people working in the pharmacy discussed visiting colleges over the weekend before they got to filling my prescription. The head pharmacist on duty at the time was apathetic and clearly the other workers were just taking their poor work ethic lead from her. And forget about calling - you'll be on hold no less than 20 minutes. We give up half the time and just drive over - it's faster than trying to call. With neighborhood pharmacy Tiffany across the street, it's a wonder anyone uses this place for their prescriptions.

This store is very clean and has very helpful associates. If you have a question about anything don’t hesitate to ask. When they offer the CarePass hear them out. The associates have the best interest of the customers in mind and are looking to help us save money.
