Frank isoldi From Coldwell was so specific to this overwhelming process and knew how to start and got me in touch with the best people. Eileen Passananti was like the perfect girlfriend and advocate in my buying process. She's a great resource and knows Westfield well!

Avoid Barbara Zeckman. I made the mistake of hiring her to sell my parents house and she is way out of her prime for this kind of business. Very poor advising and has ZERO experience with multimedia. Puts in MINIMAL effort. I did complain to CB executive management; they had less than zero interest in customer satisfaction. Jerks.

In October 2016, I was assisting my elderly and ill best friend to sell her house and move into assisted living. Since she was too unwell to dispose of her home's contents, she gave instructions for it to be sorted and sold at an estate sale. Instead, realtor Tom Bianco basically ransacked her home, and destroyed and/or threw away thousands of dollars worth of furniture, sewing fabric, and books. Then he made fun of another friend's weight when she expressed how displeased we all were with his actions. Utterly unprofessional. For example, when we asked why he hadn't even tried to get approval from my friend before destroying and dumpstering her belongings, he said he didn't have her phone number. What realtor doesn't have his own client's phone number? And thinks it's a-ok to throw away her things without her permission? I work in the legal field and consulted with an attorney about the situation. The attorney felt it was definitely actionable-- absolutely actionable as a civil lawsuit, and possibly even for criminal charges of either theft or vandalism. However, my friend (the homeowner) is very non-confrontational and just wanted to put the whole incident behind her. However, I am still (and likely always will be) upset over how Tom Bianco misused the access he had to a client's home to discard her property without her permission, and then how he felt it was okay to mock someone's appearance-- in a work-related email, no less. He is an awful person. And, in the end, he didn't even make a sale for my friend-- I did! We had a yard sale of the things Tom didn't destroy or throw away (not much was left after he was through with it, sadly) and one of the customers fell in love with the house after I showed her through it and talked it up. She made an offer not even a week later! So basically Tom did nothing except cost my friends thousands of dollars and a lot of heartache, and I did the work of selling the place.

the worst experience with this office! Diane Pellino is rude, unprofessional and will hang up on you when you're trying to inquire about their listings. I feel terrible for the landlords who are using them because it would be a much smoother process if I would to deal directly with the sellers/landlords.

Diane Pellino from Westfield East is an awesome real estate agent!! She has been renting the apartments in my two family home for years and I'm always pleased. She is currently working with my son with his first home purchase. She has been amazing! She explained every step of the buying process. She is the advocate you want going between listing agent, attorney and mortgage rep.She is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and very professional. I can't say enough and would highly recommend her!!

Unfortunate experience: I was trying to sell my home on my own but decided that if I didn't by the Spring, I'd list it with a prominent team at Coldwell Banker. My house hadn't sold, so I signed with Coldwell Banker. Then... as luck would have it, literally 36 hours after signing with them, someone driving by my home saw MY "For Sale By Owner" sign and called me (Coldwell Banker hadn't even put their sign up yet). Of course I had to refer the caller to Coldwell Banker. These people bought my home. Coldwell Banker never even had to do an Open House. They never had to show the house to anyone else. And they refused to cut me any slack, and still charged me the full 5% commission. $42,000. Yes, they had to do some work of course. But I feel that reducing their commission under these circumstances would have been the professional and classy thing to do. (Not to mention that I would have then given them referrals, but now I won't.) I wasn't looking to get anything for free, and I respect that they did some work closing the deal. But considering that the buyer landed on my doorstep 36 hours after signing with them because of MY sign on the lawn, I feel they could have worked out a compromise to our mutual benefit. AND... add that story to one that happened 6 months prior: ANOTHER agent from Caldwell Banker told me she'd charge me 5% commission in 3 different conversations, THEN suddenly backpedalled and sent me an email that said she MUST charge me the customary 6% unless I could demonstrate financial need. (Who does that?!) So... sorry! Can't recommended these folks! If anyone needs more details, feel free to email me.

Total fraud. They lied to us about everything. Terrible ethics and lack of integrity. They accepted our offer on the house. Lied about another offer. We up our offer and the accept... We send the contract and they use that to still work after we agreed on a sale price. We have emails to prove this all. They lied to me and my family. They cost us our dream home. They do not do good honest business. They are bad people. They lie and mislead. I’m a local businessman and will let everyone I know about my experience with Konstruct and Frank Isoldi.
