I have been with Christine Cosenza for only 4 years but have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years. This is by far the best office I have used. Not only are their rates competitive, but the customer service is the best I have experienced. They are very professional, accessible and go out of their way to help. Recently Krystyn H, helped me lower my rates for a vehicle insured in a different state by calling the out-of state office for me. Very much appreciated!

My husband (and now his family) has been working with the Cosenza agency for over 30 years with both home and vehicle insurances. If you live in Westfield or any other place in New Jersey why would you go elsewhere. This agency is always available and always helpful. Christine is available when you need her but her staff is super competent. I've been using them since 1985 and I would never use anybody else for my home insurance, personal articles insurance, umbrella insurance and all my cars..

After seeing rates climb with my existing insurance and after issues where coverage lapsed on some motorcycles twice while the rates doubled I decided to look at new insurance agencies. I worked with Carol at State Farm Westfield. She is very efficient, professional and accurate. I changed all of my cars, motorcycles, house and umbrella to State Farm and hope to stay.

I have been with STATE FARM for close to 39 years! I have been with at least 5 other agents: some retired, a few were useless if I had a question.I have been 100 percent satisfied with the the entire staff. Matt makes sure to get back to everyone before he leaves the office!He is always looking out for me !Recently Matt called and suggested a change in mypolicy that saved me over $900 dollars ?PS: I have been with Christine and Matt for over 10 years!!Steve KmitParsippany

Christine’s team is a great group of people to work with. Our home was damaged as a result of high winds and a fallen tree. This group of wonderful people provided the best service anyone has ever provided to my family. From the beginning to the end of the process Matthew Palmer never let up. He got involved and took charged every step of the way. State Farm is lucky have these folks represent them.I have experienced bad service in the past with other companies, and it’s sad when you pay for service and feel neglected when you need it the most. Not the Westfield team, these folk are first class all the way. Thanks guys!!
