Used the drive thru atm machine. Machine said take your card and as I'm putting it away the machine spits the money out and sucks it's right back. So I go inside And wait on line to seek assistance from the teller. Here I am expecting them to give me the money that was deducted from my account. "No sorry there's nothing I can do because then my batch will be short". The other teller says the guy before you had the same issue. So I said why are you guys letting this happen instead of placing a sign "out of order". We already put in a request for service and we cannot put up a sign because we are not allowed to unless corporate approves it. What is going on people ? Wake up Then had to jump on the phone and open a case to put in a request just to get my money back.

Terrible service. The bank tellers are awful and the manager is never there. When he is, he tries to get other people to do the work. The bank issued me a bank check that Wells Fargo would not accept because the bar code And the rest of the check were printed poorly and the check was not able to be read by the bank. The ink was missing where all of the important numbers were. The bank bank confirmed that it was a chase bank check that was issued and not cashed However, they could not replace it and blew me off. Like no big deal. Yes, I was very angry. It is a large check. They had to make a million calls and ended up saying that they will send another check that could take 6 weeks. So they still have my money. Stay away from the chase bank on Elm st in Westfield.

I was there last week and Michael M. helped me. Not only was he knowledgeable, he even showed me new features on the app on my phone and how to set up Apple Pay so I could use my chase card since I didn’t have it. He took the time to answer my quest and I didn’t feel rushed at all.Everyone at the branch seemed very nice as well.

Drive thru service, I send my trasction (Cashing a check) and had to wait about 8 minutes to someone show up on the screen. While waiting I called the branch about 4 times with no answer. And I wasn't able to processes my transaction because I don't have a chase account.

On Friday I went to this branch to open up a savings account and deposit a check. There was no one available to help and I was told I would have to make an appointment. Fine. A teller made an appointment for me for the following day at noon and was told the name of the person I would be working with. When I arrived Saturday for my appointment the person I had been assigned to was not even working and once again no was available. All they said was they didn’t know why I was assigned to that person and did not offer an apology or a solution. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank and I’ll gladly be taking my business somewhere else.

I experienced fantastic customer service today, 10/26/2021, at this branch. Camilo Gomez assisted me in opening up a new account. He was creative and aggressive in putting me in the best position possible to make my money grow. He thought outside-the-box and efficiently answered all of my questions. In addition, the teller Chloe was probably the hardest working teller I've seen in 30 years of banking. I thought she had 4 arms and 3 legs she was working so hard today. Give that girl a raise Chase Bank!!

Very unresponsive location, rarely if ever answers the phone.Hard to set up a face to face meeting .No matter what amount of money you have invested at this location it will not change the service or the urgency.

Spoiler alert: they don't want your business. Wanted to open an account, but you need an appointment. They don't have appointments available, so just go somewhere else. Nasty uninterested staff.

Nancy assisted with opening a teen account for my son. She spent a lot of time with us, walking us through each step and explained everything thoroughly to my son.
