I was using their paid vacuum and my car battery died. I have a starter that just needs an outlet to start my battery, but they wouldn’t let me use the outlet. AAA on their way.

I got gas here. That was fine. Then I got a car wash. Even asking about it the attendant was annoyed with me. He provided directions for how to pull in but hurried though and walked away before I could clarify anything. I pulled through to the wash and it wouldn't activate, so I drove through and asked him again what I needed to do. He proceeded to berate me for not following his instructions to put my car in park (which I did, I just apparently didn't pull in far enough), explained it to me like I was 5, walked to my car to show me where park was, then stood at the far side of the wash and shouted with exaggerated hand motions every step I needed to do. Had I not already paid I would have driven off long before. Warning to all. Staff here is NOT friendly.Edit: the car wash isn't even that good. Still pollen on my car. Forgot to add that after the ridiculousness of earlier

I went here to this BP once before and after the horrible customer service, I swore I'd never go back. However, about a month later I went back during the afternoon and same problem! These attendants are either sleeping or just ignorant!! I have a big SUV and twice now the attendant stands all the way back by my gas cap, almost whispering, asking what I want!!!! I have to repeat myself three times!!! Why can't they just act like they like their job and actually walk up to "Customers " window and ask what they want??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I did seem to get a scratch too on my hood after going there. They need to fix the machine. Price is good though.
