Not only was he knowledgeable, he even showed me new features on the app on my phone and how to set up Apple Pay so I could use my chase card since I didn’t have it. He took the time to answer my quest and I didn’t feel rushed at all.Everyone at the branch seemed very nice as well.”

“I had gone there the other day to switch over from a bank i’ve been using for 5-7 years to this one. i’ve heard great reviews about oceanfirst. i called and one of the tellers was able to assist me in just the general basics of what i needed to do/what to bring to make this a smooth transition. quick conversation but still very kind and professional. i got there later on in the day & everyone was super friendly. the teller i worked with for the hour was Joseph and he was great. he answered all my questions and was extremely patient. i felt that i was bothering him with all my questions but he was able to help me clearly understand that transitioning process from moving accounts to even different features the bank had to offer. he listened to my concerns and what i wanted from this bank & how i wanted to proceed. i genuinely had a great experience and everyone was personable. i appreciate the great customer service from this bank in addition to the fact that i was able to confidently walk out of that bank knowing that everything was in good hands. hands down, i would recommend anyone going to this bank!!”
