Do not shop here. My wife had a pair of leggings rip after 3 months and when trying to return them was told by the manager to leave the store and never come back. Bad products, worse customer service.

Very easy returns and though they don't have parking, you can park at the municipal lot.

Parking in the public lots as not much in the way of street parking. Store is neat and well-organized, was greeted as soon as I walked in.I stopped in to do a return and the staff was kind enough to be patient with me as I brought the wrong bags.

They have a great selection. The employees were so kind, personable, & helpful. I had my two little (active) boys with me, and they were so kind and engaging with them. They didn’t make me feel like I was interrupting their quiet store, but were welcoming and encouraging. It made my day as a mom!

The staff at Athleta in Westfield are extremely attentive, caring and concerned. The costumer service is amazingI lost an item in the store and they couldn’t be nicer about taking time to look for it. Not once, but multiple times. They really went above and beyond!!!They even called me!!!! I would shop this store in a minute.

I really like the place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish they had more plus size in the store but the store is not so big . But they order for you what you need. Sometimes you can snatch a good sale item. They are located by the fitting rooms
