Floor quality and pricing both excellent. Floor installed when promised. Installers were professionable, personable, courteous and more than competent. Would not use anyone else for my flooring needs and highly recommend.

Very happy with the company from sales to install. We put new flooring in our basement along with our basement steps. Very glad we listened to the advice of Ron and selected the tread caps in lieu of carpet. It really changed the look of the stairs for the better and now no more hassles with carpet on the steps.

Let me tell you my story. This company came into my home and did a really nice job with my flooring. The flooring has now started to separate. I did misplace my invoice after some other work done in my home I take full responsibility for my mistake. After over two months of going back and forth this guy still has not shown up to try to help with the floor. He has offered to come out but not when I could be home or gave me last minute notice. I made an appointment that neither him or his workers showed up to causing me to lose time at work. This guy and this company are very shading and no I must find some else to fix or do new work. This has been frustrating and just all out bad business. He will say my work is now out of warranty which is fine because I could have paid him for new work if he just called or showed up. He does good work but forget it if something goes wrong. I will never use this company again.

We recently bought a new house that came with several flooring issues. Dog urine stained carpets throughout whole house that seeped into sub floor, entire living room was not leveled due to prior house extension and a large hole in sub floor around fireplace. Ronnie, the owner, came to the house on Labor Day, to review and give us an estimate on what to expect. He then had his installer team meet us another day to explain in detail what the repairs would entail. It was a very big job. Flooring removed down to the studs in living room, New unfinished wood installed, sanded and stained. New wood floors installed in hallway and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Staircase needed some repairs and got sanded and stained. Entire upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms had laminate floors installed. Ronnie always provided updates during the process, made himself available. Gave us a timeline and stuck to it. No hidden costs. The team did wonderful work. We are very happy we chose At Home Carpet and Floors. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs. We never would have received the professionalism, responsiveness and skilled workmanship from one of those chain flooring companies. This is a family owned business. Please consider this company for your future flooring project.

At home carpet and flooring was awesome. We had a situation where we needed to replace the basement flooring quickly for new tenants. I spoke with Ron and he was able to get it all done in a few days. And from the picture below, you can see that it came out absolutely perfect. It was truly a five star experience.

Ron and his crew did an amazing job with my bedroom flooring! They sanded and stained my red oak floors in my master bedroom and replaced the carpeting in the other 3 bedrooms. I was on a time crunch. I was moving into a new home and I had my movers scheduled. They had already refinished my wood floors in my master bedroom but I decided last minute that I wanted to change out the carpeting in my other 3 bedrooms. I gave Ron a call and he sent out Gayle the same day with a van full of carpet samples. She helped me pick out the perfect carpet! I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out! A total pleasure to work with. I needed to remove a carpet and replace it with a new floor. At Home made the whole project seamless and worry-free. Ron, the owner, responded immediately to my initial inquiry and was consistently available and accommodating. The company's design consultant, David, came to my house, took room measurements, showed me many samples of floors, patiently explained my options, and helped me make a wise choice. The installers, Marcello, Louis, and William, were exceptional: hard-working, highly skilled experts who clearly take pride in their work and want their customers to be happy with it. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

BEWARE!! We were so pleased with our floors when they were first installed. About 2 months into the installation, we noticed an area that raised. I was contacting Ron for months to try to get someone to come out. Marcel came and looked at the floor and said “can’t do it today”, left and said she would come the following Saturday and went completely missing for another month. The area was fixed and in a matter of 3 months it not only raised back up but I had another area that completely raised and a piece was even broken off because of how badly it was installed. I started contacting Ron again and now completely getting ignored. Floors that should have lasted me years are completely damaged with several spots moved and raised. I am in complete shock with the unprofessional attitude the owner has approached as I have been nothing but patient and respectful. After I contacted him the last time around and basically said I am considering taking legal proceedings he basically said “do what you have to do” and has not taken any accountability or even put in any effort in trying to help us.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Beautiful floor nothing but great thongs to say about this company. So good I am having g them do my outside hallway next week. Love love love them. RECOMMENDING FOR SURE!! Oh and the owner, sales, and installers were nothing but professional.

We always get 3-5 estimates when getting any type of work done. We needed flooring for our basement. David, our salesperson, who was not pushy, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, they had exactly what we were interested in, the Coretec. David listened, brought in exactly the colors I mentioned and we had a color picked in no time. He had me speak with Ronnie, one of the owners. Ronnie is just as friendly, and beat every estimate provided!! Not only did they beat the cost, but the quality of work & care! I received all numbers up front, anything that may cause any issues were discussed and up front. Full disclosure, professional, honesty, no bait & switch, beautiful work, & we would highly recommend!

Where do I begin all I can say I am very pleased with the outcome ! Form the presentation from Gayle to the most professionalism from Ron in getting the work done. The installers were also very professional! Highly recommended best priced and best quality products!! I interviewed many and these guys were the best ! You won’t be disappointed ..They will definitely be my go to for any flooring.
