I have used this Post Office for the past 10 years. I personally have never had an issue. I can state that there are new people at the front desk in the past year that make the energy more "people friendly".

Rancocas Post office This does not even deserve one star but I could not post my review. I have never been treated so unprofessionally by no less the manager Pat. She was absolutely obnoxious. When I requested her direct supervisors number she gave me consumer affairs. Again, I asked several times for her direct supervisor's number and she blatantly refused stating she was not going to give it to me. She then left me at the window as she pretended to tidy up the place. I will be taking this to a higher administrative level.

Very good post office with staff that is both knowledgeable and nice. Their hours of operation are different from other locations so make sure you pay attention to the hours listed on Google.

The employees at the Rancocas Post Office are amazing. My family has managed several businesses over the years so we have utilized different locations in the past. The ladies are not only personable, they're also friendly and professional. A package was sent to my P.O. Box recently but the sender wrote the wrong box number. I told the ladies the situation and instantly they knew what I was talking about. They had put the package aside days before. I was so grateful because it was something important for my daughters. I would recommend this location to anyone and will continue to go for years to come.

Open til 3 on Saturdays???? Well I got there at 1:58 today & you were closed. Not sure if that's a typo or not but its a little frustrating to say the least.

Parking can be an issue only enough room for 4 cars and it's awkward but it's an a historical town....so you have to during work hours less traffic

We to see what time they close paid an uber they say they close at 5pm but i got there at 4:35 and they were closed im verry mad !!!
