“Personnel are pleasant and friendly. Salespeople listen and explain clearly. My salesperson was Jeff Bragg. He was very patient with me and took time to find out what I wanted, and then showed me what was in the inventory until I found a car I was comfortable with. The service personnel seem to be the same. No hard sell to get me to sign up for work I don't really need, but they seem to know what the car's manufacturer requires.”
