Thank you, Bryan Animal Hospital, for the years of love and delicate care you all gave to Purity. She knew you all cared. Your donation to the Baker Institute for Animal Health in her honor was truly heartfelt and a wonderful surprise, and I thank you for acknowledging what she meant to you. I miss her so very much, and it hurt my heart to let her go, but I have to believe she is in doggie heaven now and not suffering. If I ever decide to get another fur baby, I'll be back. Thank you all again so much. ?

Five stars for the awesome secretary and wonderful vet techs, - 3 stars for the vet, she was abrupt and rude.

Overall the staff was very nice and saw us in such a quick amount of time. I think the support staff has to be some of the NICEST I’ve ever come across. However, be informed before you go in. I questioned if a certain medication I was being prescribed was available over the counter and what it was. I was told “I would have to check about the over the counter.” So a vet doesn’t know what active ingredients the dog can take for a cough? Had I not of been sleep deprived and more focused, I would have realized the medication I was prescribed didn’t have a name or active ingredient list on the actual medication bottle that I decided to just have filled at the vet for the sake of time. Once I inquired further on my own, it’s literally the same active ingredient/s as over the counter cough medications that are also able to be used in dogs. So I spent about $35 or so more than I needed to on “cough tabs.” I understand they cannot take medication back by law, I just wish I would have been more informed of our options regarding medication selection and I should have thought to ask more questions myself. I also figured I’d be welcomed this info as I have with other vets in the past since I asked about over the counter stuff. But I get it, not getting meds there isn’t profit producing.

I regret ever switching vets and coming here! Even though it was more convenient since I moved to the area, I have been unhappy with this place for awhile. It’s even noted in my chart that I did not wish to see a certain dr. Even though all of the ones I have seen were just the same with their unprofessional bedside manners. There were even times I was sitting in the room and heard them laughing and whispering from around the corner on the opposite side of the wall the way the room was set up. I have brought family members with me because I felt so uncomfortable coming here and sadly they witnessed the same behavior. I believe I have been profiled and judged for the way that I look. My dog is 10 and has always been a happy healthy dog and I am happy to get him back to his original vet who has known and adored him since he was 8 weeks old. This place only cares about your money, not if your dog has food to eat! Today was my last straw for putting on a happy face to deal with them. The only good thing I have to say is the receptionist are wonderful and very friendly! If you have a small dog I would suggest into doing research for vets who specifically care for them. I am commuting but it is worth it to have a vet who is knowledgeable and specializes in certain things rather a vet that is ignorant and thinks they know everything. I’ve had to keep his original vet for dental work regardless because Bryan’s told me they were not equipped to work on his small mouth. If you’re only going to treat and acknowledge big breeds you should advertise it that way! And there’s no excuse for treating people certain ways based off of their looks. Very disappointed.

We are big fans of Bryan Animal Hospital! I have been going to them for over a year since bringing my first dog home. They are incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable. Having never owned a dog before, I felt very supported and well-guided throughout the first year of his life. I’m sure I asked a ton of stupid questions, but they never made me feel that way. I genuinely know that the staff at Bryan cares about my dog and it is very reassuring to have him in their compassionate care. My dog can’t get out of the car fast enough when we arrive. I’ve used Bryan for veterinary services, grooming services and daytime boarding and have been very pleased with all three.

Dr. Slavin, Theresa, Brenda and team have been amazing to our fur babies Wendy and Cupcake! We could not ask for a more caring group of people from Natalie at the front desk to everyone we see on our visits. I should add that Jessica and the ladies in grooming are awesome too.
