The pharmacy department at this Walgreens is awful. Scheduled a Covid booster online, but when I arrived, they did not have the booster I had scheduled. Their excuse: "the scheduling is done by a third-party company". Wasted my whole afternoon.

The replaced the staff in pharmacy and they are beyond terrible. They messed up the prescriptions most of the time. They are very impatient and rude too.

Very helpful store manager. I was paranoid and wanted to assemble my mother-in-law's wheelchair before leaving, and he explained it to me.

Abject incompetence in the pharmacy We went into Walgreens today to get a Pfizer booster shot for Covid 19. They have no idea what they are doing. It took 4 people to process the order/paperwork. The entire process took almost 1.5 hours. My advice: go elsewhere.

This store was much better when it was a Rite Aid. Rite Aid had more selection and more product on the shelves.

The WU phone has not been working at this Rite Aid. How hard is to fix a phone? Doesn't the store have responsibility to have it fixed or tell WU to send a new phone?
