The Windsor Athletic Club has been on a steady decline, and the main issue is the poor management by the owner, Jack, and his Management team. Recently, the pool and aquatics program have been impacted by this mismanagement. The club had to shut down the aquatics program after going through three aquatic directors in less than a year due to the toxic environment created by Jack and his team. This has left members and staff frustrated, with no clear direction or leadership.
Even before the shutdown, communication was a mess, with instructors receiving schedules at the last minute, and maintenance issues piling up without resolution. It doesn’t matter how nice a facility is if there’s no proper management to support it. The gym’s potential is wasted, and it's a shame that members and staff are left to deal with the fallout of such a poorly run operation.

Last Saturday, I attended a birthday party at this club. The location is excellent and convenient for everyone in the nearby neighborhoods.

This gym has been my family gym. I would go to this very regularly. However the issue is that rates have increased significantly and the most irritating is that to sign up or change membership as a member you need to go through a whole process and only can do so when the membership person happens to be there. This is perhaps the most frustrating experience. For a gym, people should be able to change or add members anytime, when other gyms have the ability.I was willing to pay $140 for two people but the rates have gotten too expensive to lifetime (prices).

Great Gym equipment and courts, pool was ok, there were many bugs in there and many lanes were usually reserved by swim team and swim instruction. Better places to go for pool but other facilities are great!

Joined in Dec 2022,Frequent pool closings, I was threatened by a swim instructor, 3 lanes for swim team, 1 lane for swim Instruction, and 1 for family swim. Which left ONLY 1 lane for lap swimming after work.

WAC’s world class facility & class-act management somehow combines an atmosphere of global citizenship with small-town warmth. The programming is always content-rich & developmentally-appropriate. My daughter learned to play chess here. My basketball team hones fundamentals here. My students preserve their rich cultural heritage here. In a time when unification is more important than ever, WAC is a gift that keeps giving for the diverse communities surrounding West Windsor & far beyond. Everyone “belongs” here.
