I came in with an issue on my device that needed the attention of Verizon customer service, and they dedicated 6+ hours of their time, patience, and dedication to help me. Michael and Ishan were going back and forth for hours on hold with Verizon representatives, and all of the other gentleman were chiming in and providing their help, reassurance, and insight, as well. They went through hoops to ensure that I walked out of the store satisfied. I have been a customer at the Hamilton Verizon location for over 20 years and although the staff has changed over this time period, the customer care and the quality of the workers has remained outstanding. Other repair spots in the area wouldn't work on my mac, citing they're not experienced with this over decade old laptop. No appt. needed just walk in. If you see a dog walking around the lot outside it belongs to the dry cleaners just a heads up.”

“Service is generally prompt, professional and friendly, anyone complaining about wait times should try stopping in at non-peak times. It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. “Our experience with Alex at Boost Mobile in Hightstown NJ was the best level of service we have ever experienced. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had a very difficult time trying to get our old carrier to transferr our number to Boost. Alex worked diligently on this case for 2 weeks, putting in countless hours on the phone and the computer trying to rectify this issue. In the end he was successful, where most others would have thrown in the towel and given up. “i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,”
