“I can’t even begin to explain how helpful the guys at this store are. I came in with an issue on my device that needed the attention of Verizon customer service, and they dedicated 6+ hours of their time, patience, and dedication to help me. Michael and Ishan were going back and forth for hours on hold with Verizon representatives, and all of the other gentleman were chiming in and providing their help, reassurance, and insight, as well. They went through hoops to ensure that I walked out of the store satisfied. I have been a customer at the Hamilton Verizon location for over 20 years and although the staff has changed over this time period, the customer care and the quality of the workers has remained outstanding. Thank you so much!”

“The people at this 7/11 are just different. I go here at least 4-5 a week since it close to work and EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk in… I get greeted hello (no matter if they are mopping, in the back where I can’t see them, or at the register. I get greeted hello and how’s it going.Absolutely intrigued by the manager and the workers for making small moments be impactful. Since it’s an on the go process I love the fact they just make this 7/11 warm and welcomed.I would not write this review if it was not worth it. I hope the staff here gets recognized by their superiors”

“Sandy the manager is AMAZING. What a sweet person and takes time with each customer and showed me the target app and really walked me through all my questions so thoroughly- she should get a raise! Will be back to this location for sure regularly. :)
Taya in electronics was super nice and patient in helping me find a charger for my phone. Great customer service! Also the starbucks employees are so friendly. Tech Steven was very professional and patient with this limited computer user. It was ready a day early and again a quick appointment. Two guys (sorry I didn't get their names) assisted me with professionalism and patience. This was easy, quick and painless (except for the price).”

“I was there a few weeks ago and I had an issue with receiving store credit on gamestop pro card. I was told some incorrect info on the phone from the Gamestop customer service, my store credit can only be received on a Gamestop gift card, not the pro card. An employee by the name of Tristian assisted me with problem, he recently became the manager. He had to make a call to the store manager who guided him on correcting the problem. Turns out, the store credit was on the pro card, I as informed incorrectly. Tristian informed me he just became the manager not too long ago but I would've never known because he was on top of the issue. He also assisted me with a trade in. Big kudos to Tristian, helped my experience go smoothly.”
“I go to this 7-11 all the time, especially for quick purchases when I’m at Bill’s across the street. Tonight, I seemed to have lost my phone in the store, and the front desk employee that was on, I believe his name was Rahman, was very concerned and helpful. He used his phone to call and help me locate mine while I was very upset and nervous. It doesn’t seem like much, but it really meant the world in my time of need. He’s always so friendly when I go in. A++ for customer service!!!!”
