Unprofessional need to learn some proper customer service skills. They constantly give a bad attitude

My old fashioned doctor says he left a voice mail for a prescription. I called more than one hour later, nothing. My doctor is leaving soon, so I asked the pharmacy women (with an Indian accent) to please check the pharmacy's voice mail. I explained that I need the medication that day. She just hang up on me.

Wouldn’t know about the pharmacy staff, but the front store staff are chill and helpful. Shoutout to Jeffrey.
