This Chase bank at Princeton Hightstown has an employee named Robert Park who's perhaps of Korean descent. He is outright rude and condescending. He acts as if he owns the bank; and asks the most ridiculous questions that are irrelevant to the client's banking objective. I will never want to interact with this employee again.

Pretty decent experience at this Chase. Some things take forever (like opening or closing an account, and for some reason require you to sit there while they click click click. More should be possible to do online or not require in-person)The teller staff are very quick and efficient, and very professional. One plus: the branch has good ventilation. CO2 levels were around 600 the last couple visits.400-450 = outdoors450-600 = good600-800 = just OK800-1000 = bad1000+ = very bad

This is probably one of the worst Chase Banks that I have ever been. They will make you wait 30-45 minutes to be serviced, and even once you are serviced you never know what will happen. Staff seems completely disorganized and there is no strategy for helping customers. My guy who sat with me to do a wire transfer just got up in the middle of the transfer and didnt say a word. Just left. Avoid at all costs!

Exceptionally rude and inconsiderate and nearly condescending branch manager, who is possibly of Korean heritage, who attempted to assist me with resetting my PIN for my Chase Debit. (He sits at the front of the branch towards the corner by the front entrance). His last name must have been Kim or Lee. Honestly, he stated bluntly and unprofessionally, "I do not see your total balance in your account to be eligible for being a Chase Private Client member. Yet, you have Chase Private Client... Is there a problem?", and I remember these words as crisp as day, as I was particularly agitated by his uncalled-for remark. I gave him a death glare with my eyes because if someone is going to mock and insult me slyly and indirectly, remember this.... I helped out during the coronavirus times being a professional registered nurse. (But, no one seems to care enough about what others do, or what I do, when we live in a highly individualized-and self-centered society). In short, I do not recommend this particular Chase branch. Never again. Signed - This Registered Nurse, Jessica.

I came to deposit my girlfriend's paycheck which is typically DD'd. However, her recent promotion, and increased salary transferred her to a new department. I am not an account holder at chase. I was made to feel as if I were. Unbenounced to any staff, I was helped, greeted and provided fast and excellent service as if it were my own bank account. The entire check was cleared next day. Highly recommend this location, and kudos to the staff.
