I am in the process of converting a half bath to full (3/4) bath in my master bedroom and my contractor recommended Baths Etc. After stopping by without the knowledge of needing a walk through appointment, their staff welcomed us in and provided us with great service! Highly recommend for bathroom refresh and renovation. Great staff and customer service!

I stopped by the other day ready to purchase some faucets for a newly installed bathroom vanity. Our contractor friend who was with us recommended them since they have quality items. We arrived and there was a sign on the door stating due to Covid they were only taking appointments. I called the number on the door (literally standing outside) and they answered from their office inside (we could see them through the doorway!). NOONE was in the showroom. We were told no, despite us being outside ready to purchase items, we didn't have an appointment and that worked better for them. Absolutely unbelievable!! I would like their staff to be aware 1. The world has moved past COVID shut down (it's 2023, not 2020) and 2. We gave our money that same day to another store. And 3. Our contractor friend who works for a large area business also saw your rude, insane business model and will be telling others to never step foot in your store.

Staff here are extremely rude and very unhelpful. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Many others have had the same issue.

Mary Beth and Patti are professional, knowledgeable and best of all, willing to offer their own insights and opinions when asked. That was most helpful in making decisions. A beautiful showroom.

Patti and MaryBeth were OUTSTANDING! So kind, helpful, patient and accommodating to fit our specific needs. Allowed us to take as much time as we needed to make our decision about our unique bathroom needs. They insured that delivery and the product was of great quality and fit our budget. Always made themselves available to answer any questions that we had. They made us feel like family! I highly recommend their service!

We purchased Omega Dynasty cabinets and Top Knobs pulls for our master bathroom remodeling project from Baths Etc. We could not be happier with the results thanks to Mary Beth. She is very knowledgeable with great taste and wonderful design skills that gave us a solution we would have never thought of. As well, she was able to have Omega make modifications to the drawers for one of the cabinets to accommodate a sink and its plumbing while preserving as much storage space as possible. The customer service she and the rest of the team, Patty and Jeidy, provided was top-notch. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. With all due respect to COVID 19 and the pandemic and it’s seriousness, this shop took it to the next level. Horrible customer service and while my parents were inside the shop for a consultation that took them 3 weeks to get an appointment for, one store associate would not let me inside and closed the door on my face. The other associate who let my parents in said once the only 2 other guests exit, they would allow me in. Once the other associate escorted out the other 2 guests and she has been seeing me through the glass waiting, she let them out and closed the door on my face. No one else except my parents were in the shop and they would not let me in. I even had a negative COVID 19 test within 24 hours I mentioned if there was any concern. THEY WERE RUDE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO GIVE SUCH AN ESTABLISHMENT ANY BUSINESS. They just lost a big sale between 5 bathrooms and a kitchen. We thought we would support our local town store but that is no more. A BUNCH A SNOBBY WOMEN running the store who won’t even open to door to speak to a potential customer.

We were renovating our NYC apartment. We found Baths Etc by accident. The staff was amazing. They had great ideas and suggestions, and the prices were fair. More importantly, they did not waste our time. They were efficient and timely with their ideas and with delivery of the products. Their warehouse is in Trenton, so it was convenient to pick things up if we were pressed for time. I would highly recommend these folks. They were a pleasure to deal with.....every time.

I have purchased many times over a ten year period at Bath Etc. in Prt. Junction. Great customer service, always aims to please and wonderful attitude to help the customer. Mary Beth is a terrific sales person to work with she knows her merchandise and always goes the extra distance for the customer.
