“Zambranos was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the tire place I was at yesterday.
The customer service was great from beginning to end. I called and Jonatan picked up and answered questions I had about my car and told me I could come in right away to get a wheel alignment. I was greeted upon entering and was met by Johnathan and Martha. They took my keys and told me it would be an hour or so. This worked out perfectly because I was hungry and went to eat up the street.
After eating I came back and waited briefly and Jonatan told me everything was good to go and how bad my alignment was lol. Martha educated me on the importance of getting wheel alignment and when to.
I will be using them for future work on my car. Great business.”

Ron was able to get my vehicle in that same day. He explained the cost and was very transparent about pricing. Service was top notch.”
“I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had an issue with a poorly-replaced drain plug following an oil change at a dealership. Sue helped me out even though they were booked solid. Filled the car up with oil and a gave me a written invoice to bring to the dealership to deal with my check engine light codes. “This isn't a Raceway station anymore It's a BP just so everyone knows and I put in a change request. As far as the station goes I love this spot. I've went to all the stations on this stretch of 206 and this one is my favorite. Prices are usually only 2 cents more per gallon than the other stations and the credit card price is always the same as cash. All the attendants I've had help me were always kind. 100% recommend this station if you are on this side of 206.”
“This station always goes above and beyond to make sure people get the service they need as quickly and efficiently as possible. Customers should also be mindful and patient when the weather gets to below freezing temperatures and snow is present, they get extremely bombarded with gas customers, tire issues, and preventive maintenance for such weather conditions that would cause service to not be as speedy as the would hope to be. We appreciate all you do for the community!!”

“Lifelong customer. I had placed an order for oil with Debbie.i always leave my debit card on file to streamline the process. I had forgotten that I had gotten a new card. I called a month later for another delivery and Debbie had informed me that she would be charging my card twice bc it didn’t go through last time. I had asked why I had gotten oil if my card was declined. Her response was “because it was really cold, I didn’t want you to go without heat”. That kind of customer service just doesn’t exist anymore. She is literally the reason I use Costello fuel.”

“I just left this gas station and I wanted to say that the gas attendant guy was very fast, courteous, and nice. I was in a rush and he made sure that as soon as my gas pump stop he secured my cap, and got me right out of there. Great Fast Service!!!”
“Mr Cheema was the owner & he's very helpful. He had 1 person filling out the gas and also working on change oil so work stops when somebody comes for gas. That equates to delay but in my case it was early morning, so it wasn't busy so I'm giving 5 stars. I'm planning to use their service for my other cars in the near future.”

“6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.
With all the money this location obtains from its customers, they need to look into this”
