The new owners are AMAZING! The store is always clean and stocked. we are there every day and the personnel are extremely friendly and always so pleasant! ( not to mention that the chocolate chip cookies are the best!) Love!

I have submitted the ticket as i paid through the app and store had turned off the self checkout. The cashier wanted to pay again via register. I got scammed by same store by using debit card, had a new one. Not recommended to go there

I love going to 7/11 on upper ferry road there nice and aim to please there customers. Cashier always smiling ☺ and every morning I get a good start with a laughter from the cashier. If there out of a product next time there have it.

This store used to seem friendly but now the workers don't respond to any question just look at you like the customer the problem or don't ask me a question it's always i don't know. So I tried paying for my purchase and the scanner appears to not work instead of the cashier saying he been having problems he just look and say don't know what's wrong with your card. Trust me my card is good money is good another customer had the same problem . Employees need re training on how to work the cash register and know when the scanners need to be reported for repair. Then they act like they don't understand English place is dirty.

I only grabbed a cup of coffee. I liked that they had the newer machines that brew it fresh but I did see they also had the standard carafes and the guy was brewing a fresh pot.

This store used to be so much better three years ago. I miss the old employees. This bunch is less than helpful. No hi, no hello. No eye contact. No words spoken at all. I go here daily. Sad really. They used to be friendly before. So disappointed. Now I will stop going maybe just use wawa.

I went into this store last night, my purchase was 10.00. I used a card that had a balance of 7.95 and wanted to pay the rest in cash. The man canceled my order and told me to call the cops to get my money back that was already charged. That cashier was terrible and he said he's the manager when I asked for one. So 711 just out here taking money at a time when we ALL are struggling disgusting! Oh I tried calling the store it says number not available

Several visits have shown me that some of the male cashiers may need some 'training' on how to speak to women. I will go out of my way not to go here.

What happened to this store? Four years ago, the best staff was there! They were once wonderful. I don’t like to go here anymore. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you. They don’t make eye contact. They don’t talk. I asked how much my bill was and he didn’t answer. There is trash in parking lot.I can’t believe how much it has changed. The hours are inconsistent as well. I love their coffee—it’s the best. But, with Wawa and Dunkin down the street, I’m sure this business is losing many customers. Please up your game and get a friendly staff with more convenient hours. The former staff always had smiles.

This place is NOT 24/7. It looks open because they keep all the lights on but there is no one there overnight. Low stock most of the time. Use to be decent

11 pm, doors locked, worker walked from the back several times and never acknowledged the five cars in the lot. Next time try a little courtesy and acknowledge CUSTOMERS!!! Horrible, explains why the patronage is nonexistent
