Female store manager At the 495 Prospect Ave West Orange NJ Store has very little respect for customers and shows it with her attitude... it is absolutely horrendous how I was treaded yesterday... especially being a great customer for close to a year with bill being paid early every month, SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

I was an Xfinity customer for 2 years so I can say from personal experience the service is spotty to say the least (Wi-Fi and security camera), the company never offered any refunds for any days I couldn't use the service. I'm always out working so I don't have time to sit at home and wait all day for a tech. I moved to a new apartment which is not Xfinity ready so I am returning their equipment and getting my service from Optimum.

My elderly mother, on a fixed income, has to pay $220 a month for Xfinity. Basic cable TV with no premium channels and hardly anything to watch. Internet and phone. She has asked for a senior discount. Nothing. What a heartless company. I’m going to ask AAARP to write an article about them.

Awesome customer service from Jakhi and Crew Moving and the online phone system disconnected me twice. Went to the store to return equipment and get answers on my last bill. This team is super awesome- answered our questions, receipt for equipment. Another team member cheerful checked my info on line and explained the refund policy along with confirm new address Easy, friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

I visited the store this week and worked with TKIERAH HAWKINS on a quick fix on my cell phone. She was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to get it fixed very quickly. She was also able provide a quick support over the phone during her off hours. Overall I’ve had a great experience with her and have gotten honest answers to all my questions. My experience at this place was great I was in there for a while trying to switch to xfinity mobile and I was having a hard doing on my own then one of the workers there help guide me through the process his name is Anthony he’s nice and patient he took care of me and help me fix the problem. Anyone reading this review mane if ya go there just ask for Anthony mane this guy knows what he is doing. DONT FORGET TO ASK FOR ANTHONY.?

The worst Xfinity/Comcast store I ever been to. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. The staff barely know what they are doing. They always have an attitude. They talk about there dislike for the company around customers. I had to visit this location 3 times in one week just to get a proper working cable box! The previous West Orange location was 1000x better than this new one. Won’t be going back again after today.

I’m open new account the customer service tell me 200 mbps monthly is $25,after charge my account $35+$100 service fee, oh no xfinity service is too bad they are company is fraud,everyone be careful don’t open account , to scare. I will tell all people know about that so bad tell lies people, I so angry ?

The public bathroom was really clean... appreciated that, but having to wait over 30 minutes with only one person ahead of me was crazy... only trying to return an item, with the receipt... I don't understand why the front desk receptionist can't handle that task... totally a waste of time.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH XFINITY!!!! Save yourself headaches and money!In March I signed up with Xfinity. I was told my apartment was xfinity ready. They shipped my equipment and when I received it there was no where in my apartment to install it because my apartment was in fact NOT Xfinity ready.After THREE DAYS of calling, calls that took at least 45 minutes if not longer, I finally was able to speak with someone who understood I needed a tech to come install Xfinity. This person assured me the fee would be waived. The tech was in my apartment for 3 hours installing the service.At the end of April, Xfinity took $100 from my account for tech fees. Additionally I was told my monthly payment would be $105 and the customer service agent said that is not correct, the actual monthly payment is $129.I canceled my service and was told I would be receiving a credit of $125 into my bank account. It's been 3 days and I have not received a credit.I called xfinity and the agent I spoke with assured me a credit would be given but it COULD take about FOUR WEEKS! When I asked to be transferred to a manager she assured me that she cannot transfer me to a manager unless I have my full account number. I tried logging into xfinity to get my account number but because my account is closed I'm not able to log in.So here I am, aggravated that I can't speak with someone regarding ALL of my grievances with Xfinity. So until I get a manager to call me or a solution that I'm satisfied with, I'll be spreading the word- DO NOT SIGN UP WITH XFINITY! WORSE SERVICE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE WIFI (I actually kept my phone off of the wifi while I was home because the cellular connection was better than xfinity wifi)I have Verizon now and they signed me up within a half hour, service was great! Wifi is excellent AND I'm paying significantly less than I was with Xfinity.
