My experience with Xfinity's customer service started off frustratingly, as I spent 8 hours navigating their online support chat and the 800 number, without much success. However, everything turned around when I met Vladimir, an exceptional specialist at the West Orange location. From the moment he took on my issue, Vladimir showed genuine concern and determination to resolve my problem. Despite the complexities, he stayed with me until everything was sorted out.
Vladimir's dedication and expertise are truly commendable. He single-handedly transformed what was a day of frustration into a positive experience. His commitment to customer satisfaction is exemplary, and it's clear that he deeply cares about his customers' concerns. Xfinity is fortunate to have someone like Vladimir on their team, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding service. In fact, he has all the qualities to lead and inspire others in his role.
Thank you, Vladimir, and the West Orange team, for turning my previously disappointing experience with Xfinity into a success. I'm confident that with employees like Vladimir, great things are in store for this location.

Lots of employees but terrible attention to me. I went for a consultation and they ended up canceling the service. It seems that the employee had no intention of helping the customer.

I stopped into this Comcast store because inadvertently the rep on the phone discontinued my account. Vladimir was so considerate, apologized for the inconvenience and restored my account quickly and with a great attitude. Thank you, Vladimir!

Came here to buy a new wire for my cellphone the young lady who helped me was courteous and I got a discount by being a rewards member I love the space of the store no one is crowding you .much better than their previous location which was on the other side near ( then it was k mart )

I’ve had my Verizon cell phone service for about 30 years -
Today I went to Xfinity in Essex Green -West Orange and switched it over to the same as my home cable service.
I was paying $70.66/month- Verizon
-now I’m paying $45/month taxes included unlimited-
And a $100 gift card after 90 days.
A Kind young lady named Kylee helped me and she knew exactly what she was doing- I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Our internet has been out for the past twelve hours because when we got new cable boxes our account was reassigned to a new router without me being told. I now have to go back to the store to see if I can get my internet assigned back to my old router. ????

Female store manager At the 495 Prospect Ave West Orange NJ Store has very little respect for customers and shows it with her attitude... it is absolutely horrendous how I was treaded yesterday... especially being a great customer for close to a year with bill being paid early every month, SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
