Lots of employees but terrible attention to me. I went for a consultation and they ended up canceling the service. It seems that the employee had no intention of helping the customer.

I stopped into this Comcast store because inadvertently the rep on the phone discontinued my account. Vladimir was so considerate, apologized for the inconvenience and restored my account quickly and with a great attitude. Thank you, Vladimir!
