This is the second time I tried them, terrible service. They are nice people but don’t do their job. I got the same platinum service (full cleaning). They left my car full of dirt and mug, I had to wait for a second pass. They cleaned the car TWICE and the pictures can speak for itself… still dirty!!

Today I went to wash my car and I ordered the SPECIAL WASH which costs about $40 and it is the same one I always do and every time I did it they completely cleaned all the seats, dashboard, glass, vacuum cleaner etc. Suddenly the man who helped me offered me a service of almost $60 because a seat had a stain, which I told him no because they had already offered me that service before and I paid about $100 but they never removed that stain so I didn't want to pay again so that it would remain the same, then when I tell him that I did not want that service, the man tells me that the SPECIAL WASH that I always do because it is not my first time there (I have been there for many years) DOES NOT include cleaning the seats nor does it include the windows and only because I refused to do the service that he wanted me to do.
I don't know if they have changed owners but the last few times I've been going everything is very different.

I paid 32 dollars for a BASIC car wash. My car was the only one in line. The employees talked the entire time while drying my car. I went to pull off and realized they didn’t even clean the windows , vacuum inside, and missed my the obvious spots like my cup holder. Not a good place and way overpriced.

Don't waste ur time, for 40 dollars ur car still leaves dirty. It's not a true hand car wash it's machine. They pull ur car out and let it air dry with soap stains all over it. They r not worried about quality at all. They just worried about get as many cars as possible in and out as fast as possible with no quality. Don't waste ur time. Ur better off going to a different car wash. U don't get tire dressing for 40 dollars either.

I’ve been going here since 2006. Quality has gone down over time. Today, I paid $75 for the platinum package. Windows were still streaked and dirty. Lots of water spots on my car. Dirt/crumbs left on the center console. The cloth seats were not thoroughly cleaned as they have been in the past. Worst part: They locked my key in the car, which then become my problem to fix. (I called AAA.) Their only solution was attempting to pry the door open with a wire, which did not work. I only let them try once, as I did not want them to cause damage. No apology. At first, no one told me. I watched two people try to open the doors, and then walk away. They lost a long time customer.

Terrible service! They are very rude and prejudice towards black people. I came to get my 2023 BMW washed. The car wash attendant pulled my vehicle up and left my car keys in the car, while he ran down the street to pick up lunch. This gave opportunity to any car thief to steal my vehicle. I had to get into my car and take my car keys. When I went to complain to the manger, he shrugged me off and said there wasn’t anything he could do. He didn’t apologize for the mishap. I asked him for the owners name and number and he refused to provide me with that information. I will never come back to this establishment.

How I always wanted to go wash my car but the owners are not the same... surprise I found an arrogant manager who wanted to humiliate me, he thought that because I was Latino I wanted something for free and the worst of all the supposed manager was a Latino coming back there with the attitude of that mediocre impossible place

I could’ve cleaned the car better with soapy water and a towel. $23 for an exterior wash where they just rearranged the dirt on the car. The car had water streaks, dirt spots and they didn’t even bother drying the car off, just handed me the keys and said that’s it … piss poor car wash, will never come here again. Better off going to the car wash in Wayne next to Willowbrook, at least those guys will actually wash your car.

Just got back from this car wash. I have a brand new suv that now looks terrible. The spray used on the interior is sticky or not fully wiped off, they didn’t even go into my back seat or trunk! There was still dirt and sand back there!!! The outside isn’t even cleaned that well but it is for sure better than the inside! For $80 I shouldn’t have to RECLEAN my brand new truck!!
