They are very good with large orders, for instance wedding invitations or publishing pamphlets booklets. For small, day-to-day printing needs, like black-and-white copies, they are "not competitive" by their own admission.

This year, we used Weiss Printers for our holiday cards and I cannot rave about the entire experience and finished product enough. So responsive, patient and helpful and they really delivered an exceptional product at a very reasonable price. I'd consider it a steal, really. I can't imagine going anywhere else and will be going back for all our printing needs.
