I love the service of the staff at Walter Baumans. It always feel so warm and personal. They have excellent customer service. They have such a wide variety of jewelry that I always leave purchasing more than what I anticipated because you can't refuse quality jewelry at an affordable price point.

I had my diamond stud earrings appraised today by Elliott at Walter Bauman jewelers. He was amazing! Elliott took the time to explain every step of the process and what each result meant. He was very thorough. My appointment was on time and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely recommend Elliott and use him again.

I stopped into the West Orange and was welcomed with a warm greeting and a genuine smile by Isabel. All I wanted was a watch battery replacement, but she made me feel like a million dollar customer. She arranged an expeditious battery replacement. I will be sure to visit the store in the future when I need to make a jewelry purchase.

Walter Bauman is an honest and trustworthy jeweler. I lost my diamond stud earring outside his business. A customer picked it up and brought it inside. Walter knew I lost the stud and he kept it for two years. When I came to his store to make the earring I lost he told me that someone found it and they kept it all this time. I loved these diamond studs and it really touched me that he was willing to keep it until I returned. This is level of honesty is priceless.

The best jeweler in the montclair/west orange area. They fixed my stepfather’s ancient Apple tomorrow she has that watch when nobody else could. They are professional, friendly, a great value. The only jewelry store I’ll ever go into again.

I was looking all over for simple, small 14 karat gold studs for my granddaughter who is getting her ears pierced. Found them easily on the Walter Bauman site. Can't wait to see them on her! :)

Ewa was very patient , personable, pleasant, and sweet. We were looking for an engagement ring and wedding bands. She was very knowledgeable about jewelry and matching them. She stayed with us the entire time until we were happy with our choices and size fitting. She was able to get us a price that we were comfortable with.

Great jeweler. Pleasant and knowledgeable.We always bring our watches for repair/batteries. They clean my rings while we wait. And my husband will sometimes buy me jewelry there. They have nice estate pieces.
