“There really still is a business/pharmacy that genuinely cares about their clients as human beings. They go above and beyond with excellent service, always alternative suggestions to overcome any problems. Even for your pets! They have even stayed open later so I could come in at the last minute to pick up a perscription and they are excellent with your insurance issues and beyond friendly and courteous. “Truly one of the best supplement stores out there. I've been going for roughly 3 years whenever I need to re stock and she offers the best supplements (proteins, creatine, aminos etc.) for the best prices as well.
The woman behind the counter (who is the owner) is super nice, friendly and always engages in conversation. Truly gives the local/small business feel to it and I will never have a problem supporting this place.
One final piece I will always appreciate was one time my Mom went to pick up some stuff for me. Rather than most big named stores, the owner didn't try pressuring her into buying more than what she needed or came for. Rather, she helped her to find each product and if something wasn't available she gave the next best solution or left it.

“Love this place. Service is always outstanding. Corporate needs to stop moving products around so much into different sections. This stinks of contrived corporate annual goals and annoys customers. I’ve been coming here for decades. I even worked here when I was 20. The velocity of product classification has increased and constant movement to different shelves is frustrating.”

I had never been to this location and was uncertain where to find the items.Along came Mike, Assistant Manager, who personally led me to everything I was looking for.This man truly is a customer service superhero; he got me in and out of the store with everything I needed in minutes.The store is spotlessly clean and well stocked; I give it 5 stars. Mike is one of the most kind and helpful people on the planet; I give him 500 stars.”
“I wasn't able to get my prescription filled at another pharmacy close to my home so I called Better Life, the young lady I spoke to was so kind and cheerful. It was such a pleasure talking to her and she was extremely helpful in making sure my medication would be there after I had my physician transfer the prescription. When I arrived to get my medication, every staff member was so friendly and helpful. I didn't mind driving almost thirty minutes. The kind treatment I received, it was worth it. Thank you ALL!!”

“It's a shame that all GNCs around me have closed down, so I was really excited to see this location at the Mills Mall. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate Li who asked if I was looking for something specific. I had informed him I was just browsing around. Eventually I did come up with some questions that Li was very knowledgeable about, and everything I picked up was followed by some wonderful insight from this associate. I think GNC is a wonderful company, but customer service like this is why I would go out of my way to come back. Highly recommend”

One of the things I love about meeting people like Carl, who is knowledgeable, patient, funny, gracious & attentive- personable and kind. Found out that this location also hosts birthday parties, they host equivalent of a sip and paint they have karaoke events and there's something that actually happened on Sundays around brunch time.
