Juan was a great sale rep. Came there to upgrade my phone and left the store with 2 more devices ? he made sure I got everything I needed. Another sale rep Kim was super kind as well! She also made great suggestions and was able to help me save so much on my bill! Ask for them if you decide to upgrade your devices! Highly recommended ??

Absolutely terrible service. Check in, was told 10 minute wait. 40 minutes later, i am still waiting even though i got a text saying i was next.They took several people that came in after me. There selection is poor. The staff don't care. Don't bother!! Also, they don't know their product. I would be better off flipping a coin!
