Honestly our experience with the bank has been limited to closing an account that belonged to a deceased relative ... it took a very long time and was very frustrating. However, when we finally got to Arslan at this branch things turned around ... he was helpful and responsive and ultimately was able to help us get the account closed and the funds removed. Thank you.

Berthony, Arslan, & Andino have made a very trying experience alot easier to manage. Mrs. SDB, has been a Valley customer for a very long time. A recent change in her life, has made it difficult for her to get things done. If you go there please look for (I believe his name is) Berthony (I do not know the last name). Berthony is nothing short of exceptional at his job. He is very professional, personable, and provides EXCELLENT customer service. I have been to many Valley National locations and have not had good experiences but Berthony exceeds my expectations every time and should be tagged as the new standard for your company as a whole.

I’m never one to leave a bad review but I’ve had the Worse experience with this financial institution. Please do not put your money nor conduct your business account with Valley. Horrible experience from the beginning. Both in West Orange and Cedar Groove location. District manager doesn’t address the customer needs and branch managers ignore customer issues. Please do not use this bank. Save yourself from anxiety stress and the risk of doing bad in your business just because this bank does not have the right technology nor structure nor customer service.

On 9/15 I went to this location to cash a check.However, the excellent and friendly service I received from both Hilary and Queen convinced me to open an account with Valley Bank.I will surely return and recommend.

Why do they lock the doors to the 24hr ATM? This is the only bank that's close to me and I can't get to this thing because it's inside a vestibule. This wouldn't be a problem if the ATM was stationed outside like a NORMAL bank. Kind of defeats the purpose of “24hr Banking†doesn't it?
