Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.

When my PC suddenly stopped working for me, Joe came out the very next day and took it back for diagnostic testing. By the end of the day, he had an idea as to what the issue was. It took some time to order a new part but he was very patient and in the end fixed one of my most prized possessions. He was patient throughout the entire process and had no problem explaining anything that I didn’t understand. Not to mention he worked late into the night on my computer as well as others I’m sure. 1000/10, would recommend to anyone in my area that needs repairs and will be keeping him in mind if I ever have issues again!!

Joe did an incredible job running CAT 6 wires throughout my house with no problems at all. He put in extra effort with no complaints when installing ethernet cables in hard to get to locations. He also ordered and installed access points for us to have really fast internet speeds everywhere in the house. I cannot recommend Joe enough. You won't regret hiring him to set up your home internet.

Joe was absolutely amazing!! Very nice and responded very quickly. He fixed my computer and addressed all of my concerns. I have one more part to order and I’ll be calling him back for all of my tech needs. Oh! He also hangs tvs. I will be hiring again soon ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joe did a great job on detecting the problem on my desktop PC, fixed it completely and brought it back within one day.It now works better and faster than ever and I highly recommend Ultimate Computer LLC!

Joe has cleaned my laptop of excess files and created a functioning desktop system including desktop computer, ergo keyboard & mouse, monitor and webcam for my new business. He also installed a second Internet wifi. Whenever I have a question or need additional tech help, I call Joe.

I started working with this company about 11 years ago and Joe has helped me navigate through 3 separate company computer changes. We are a small company with 3 work stations but we all share information. Joe has worked on weekends to keep us up and running. These switch overs are never without hiccups but he stays the course until things were working smoothly. He is very fair with his pricing but most importantly does his best to get you back to the same place as before the switch.

Joe is absolutely amazing. My daughter is a college student and had an issue with her laptop. Being a few hours away, I made some calls to try to get it fixed and Joe, from the get go was ready to help and solve the problem. He was professional, prompt and did a great job, going to my daughter because she didn’t have transportation. Would 100 percent recommend.

I have been very happy with the service I received from Ultimate Computer LLC. I had my 2015 MacBook Pro upgraded. It had been excruciating slow for a couple of years and getting worse with each software update. I had no clue what to do and thought I would have to buy a new computer. UC increased my RAM and upgraded my hard drive. I have been enjoying great speeds ever since. My MacBook has been given a new extension on life and I don't have to buy a new computer. The service was quick (one day) and the price very reasonable.

We hire Joe to repair our Company computers, as well as, remove virus, and Connect our Backup data storage. Joe is very helpful, friendly and knowledge. He is our office personnel go to guy for computer repair and setting up new software. As a business, I highly Recommend Ultimate Computer.

I would definitely recommend Joe at ultimate computer. I have an older Imac that I've needed help with on multiple occasions. I also needed someone who would be patient with someone like me who knows nothing about how a computer works, only how to use it. Joe was able to handle anything that needed to be done. He also had the patience I needed. And was very reasonably price.
