Very bad customer service, staff are not happy. When I came inside there was only one teller and a line of five people waiting their turn. I don't understand how is TD bank stating that they're America's Most Convenient and their customer service stinks. It took me 32 minutes to process one simple transaction!

I visited this location today for a replacement debit card. Even though he was busy, the manager made time for me and was able to issue me a new card. Great customer service! Thanks TD West Orange!

This maybe the worst TD branch. They have a supervisor there named Christiane , who is very rude. When you ask to speak to a manager, who by the way is Anthony. She will step up, claim to be the manager and does NOT help you understand and fix any situation you maybe having with your account. Any questions you ask, get redirected to a rude answer of "Stop talking" i truly believe of all these recorded conversations of how Christiane treats her customers were reviewed by someone else. I would NOT be the only customer that this woman has repeatedly been rude too. This is NOT the first time, this woman was rude to me on the phone , this is an on going issue that needs to be resolved.

Two words about this branch: Sooooooo slowwwww. I don't know why Cesar grove and Montclair are 10xs faster but this branch just took me 20 minutes to do 1 simple transaction that takes the other branches about 5 minutes.

This location is sooo slow. They don’t have enough tellers to help customers. Other banks have better customer service and have more people to assist customer.

Goto the one in Livingston! You wait a long time for service and then when someone else walks through the door, they take them before you. Choose another branch!

Just awful I went midday today, Wednesday. All the drive-up windows were closed; and there was one teller on duty inside the bank. Only one desk employee on duty. Consistently bad service. I have accounts in other banks and none have such short-staffing.

This branch has consistently bad customer service. Workers here seems like miserably working. I keep on coming back here giving them more chances, but really! Worst ever! They keep on changing staff but I just hope they can get better ones. I go to Cedar Grove branch and they are exceptionally nice and well trained. Please train these people! Show them what customer service is.

I would definetly NOT reccomend this Bank to ANYONE.
Went to this branch for a replacement card -had my ID with me and was able to verify previous activity on my account. However I did not remember my password in order for them to service me
The teller REFUSED to help me reset my password which left me unable to get a replacement card.
If you can't walk into a branch to authenticate yourself and to reset your password then what is the branch for?? If your ID - in person presence and knowledge of your account activity isnt enough then what is? Are they looking for a blood? I'd be concerned where this verification process is all heading to.
But basically, the branch is USELESS if you just happen to misplace you security password.
Finally, I asked what do people do when they need to reset their passwords-
He then suggested that I should go downtown Newark to the branch where they'd be able to better "recognize" me.
You call yourselves a bank and a convenient one at that but base your authentication off of face-to-face. Is this some kind of "homeboy" style way of authentication that I am supposed to be accustomed to?
Then to make matters worse.. The short and brown complected lady (will insert names once I get them) starts interrogating me. SHe asks didn't you create the password? (Obviously yes- who else.) and then she follows up with then you should remember it.
This is the day and age where people become robots and lack all human sensibility. As if humans never forget their own passwords.
When I then reversed the question on her asking if shes remembered all the passwords she ever created she then refused to talk to me as If she didn't initiate a the question.
I guess she thought that because I appear to be young that I would be incapable to reply to her statements with actual answers. The nerve of her to get frustrated with me when she realized I wasnt a pushover like she assumed.
TD banks create policies that enable employees at certain branches to pick and choose who they will provide services to based on thier own bias.
Dont know about you, but having to bounce from branch to branch in hopes that they use thier discretion to finally "AUTHENTICATE" you doesnt seem convenient to me. Seems like the run-around-
After all if you're a bank shouldn't you be able to sucessfully verify your account users?
I was flat out told that there was nothing I could do once I forgot my password. TD BAnking? More like SILLY banking.
Here's a message to TD BANKS- YOU need me... I DO NOT NEED YOU.
I will withdraw every last dime and bank somewhere else- No longer will you PROFIT from me.
We especially people of color (African descendants) NEED to stop supporting these Systems that are openly discriminatory towards us. It's not intelligent.
Bank somewhere else.

This branch never answers their phone even whem its empty inside. They routinely open late. There are a few good folks here but Ive found myself disappointed in this branch many times. I only return because its the closes one. My experiences here make me want to leave td in general but its such a process switching banks that i havent....shame...
