Our taxes were done incorrectly by Tax Plus NJ and we received a letter from the IRS stating we owed money and needed to pay a fine. We reached out by email and phone to Tax Plus and they didn't return correspondence. We had to pay more than $4000 in back taxes for the 3 years Tax Plus did our returns, in addition to paying another accountant to fix them.
