Lousy experiences with the Deli department. Deli workers don't interact with customers, they are behind a display that is stock piled with items on top. Customers have input their deli orders on a screen and then keep coming back to see if the orders are in the pick up refrigerator. If you try to ask for your order the staff divert their eyes. There are several workers behind the counter and they're using really foul language loud enough for customers to hear. There's a sign that clearly says the deli workers must wear masks when handling food, and yet several of them were seen not wearing masks. Not going back.

Do NOT use the ShopRite from Home pick up services unless you plan to wait an hour or have your timeslot changed at the last minute when you are already there. They also tell you things are not in stock when they are. I know because I wandered around inside while waiting for my delayed order to be ready. Lastly you cannot get in touch with them.

This store's SHOP FROM HOME is the worst. How or why are you asked to pick a time to have groceries delivered and they are not delivered. Why should the customer have to call the store to find out where their order is only to find out that the delivery is still at the store. You are them given the run around about your offer which finally shows up 1 1/2 hrs after it was shipyard to be delivered Worst experience ever. Just go to the store

I waited 35 minutes to pickup groceries and finally had to go in the store and cancel my online order and shop for everything again. I called the store several times while waiting to pickup food that was ordered and confirmed the day before. When I got thru to the dept that handles delivery they couldn't tell me when they would bring out groceries and didn't care about the inconvenience. Never again. Shop rite sucks.

This store is worn out. It's a decade overdue for a full remodel. It's dirty and, in many ways, poorly organized. It's just plain ugly. The staff is unfriendly, inattentive and unprofessional, but the management will defend such horrible behavior to the death. No matter how many complaints they get, nothing ever changes. Management is inept: I've been there on multiple Thanksgiving and Christmas Eves over the years, and seen nearly half of the registers closed. Unfortunately, the next nearest normal full-sized supermarket (one with most national brands) is much farther away from me, so I still go their more often than I wish. This place has the laziest deli staff you can imagine, When you spend more than $10 per pound for cold cuts and ask for thin or shaved, it shouldn't be as thick as Oscar Meyer bologna when you get home. They only let you order at the kiosk, so you can't watch them slicing off the massive slabs. How convenient for them! If you ask for a large quantity, they will try to cut less than you ask for to see if they can get away with it. They give you a dirty look when you call them out for this. If you have another option for what you need, take it.

This shop rite has really gone down hill. The people they hire act like they are going to die if you ask for help.

LOCKDOWN REVIEW: The store changed how you enter and exit in order to ensure a safe number of customers are inside the store at one time to practice social distancing. Use the doors to the left of the store enter, and you'll exit through the doors on the right (the ones closer to the registers and self-check out area). These days, grocery shopping can stir up a lot of anxiety. It wasn't so bad at this Shoprite; I went around 7:30am on a Sunday. The inventory in this store is pretty good compared to other Shoprites and supermarkets. Also, it's orderly and clean, and the first grocery store where I saw staff directing people on how to social distance from one another (keep a safe distance while waiting on line).

While it is a large store it isn't clean and attracts a rough crowd with people cutting in lines , pushing and shoving. The staff is very nice but look elsewhere.
