Friendly, great service. No waiting. ATM is in the hallway of building next to the branch entrance, and access to it depends on when building opens and closes. I was told building closes around 6pm so you wont have access to ATM once the building closes. The branch closes at 5pm. Otherwise use atm at your local CVS. I park in the back, and usually find parking right in front of the back entrance. It's 2 buildings connected together; building 1 and 2. The # of the building is 354, and the Santanders branch is located in building 2. So when you go in through the back entrance, make a right to walk into building 2. Its less than a minute walk. You will pass a few businesses, a cafeteria on your left, and then Santanders will be on your right.

Shelia Jones was very unprofessional when I had my transaction. After all the years of banking with a company I have never received such rudeness. If it was not an urgent matter, I would have not delt with them and immediately taken my monies out. Mind you she holds a supervisory position. Hopefully all you guys never have to deal with this person.

Just wanted it to be noted tomorrow I will be coming in to a discrimination case against you guys. I was told by a teller my state id could not be accepted as a form of identification, which after careful review that seems to not be the case. So my lawyer currently is preparing an official notice for you so we can get this settled. I have served this country for 8 years only to leave my service being racially discriminated in a so called diverse area.
