Their website shows that they are open on Sundays from 9-5pm. Tell me why I went there and the pharmacy was closed. Stay away!!!! I’m not going to use them anymore

I've been coming here for past 2 years for my prescriptions, to shop for products, and to ship my FedEX returns. I find the pharmacy staff very efficient, and friendly. Also the retail staff are courteous and diligent.

Went in to buy a expensive hair product and was told the $2 coupon needed to be digitally clipped was unable to get into the Walgreens website showing the female employee and she said it was my phone quality. I asked if she could help me out and as a courtesy discount the item she said no. So here I am in the parking lot with no problems writing this review. Bad customer service and a loss of a sale

I came here to get my vaccines and the pharmacist totally missed the mark. Vaccines are intramuscular and are supposed to be given two finger lengths (approximately 1cm) below the humeral head. Don, the pharmacist, just administered them blindly in my arms. This is NOT SAFE! Vaccines are not benign. Proper administration ensures proper immune response. I am a health care worker, and I would not recommend people get vaccines here unless he gets better trained. He was very nice and helpful, which is why I am giving two stars. Let’s just hope my arms don’t fall off (I’m exaggerating), but I already feel a lot of arm discomfort, which has never happened to me.If you ever have an adverse vaccine reaction, please report it to VAERS.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here a few weeks ago to grab a few drinks and to use the bathroom but the bathroom was out of ordered due to possible flooding of it and then there wasn’t much of a selection of their products. Probably wouldn’t come back unless I need something.

Would love to give 0 stars, which is very unfortunate. The staff here is RUDE, classless, and needs teaching in costumer service. I was shocked how evident it is that these employees just don’t care, and want to do minimal work during their shift. I ordered photos here through the app and purchased a few items. After I left and opened my order I realized I saw I only given half my photo order when I called many times and be left on hold a women said I was lying and didn’t any 5x7s which was paid for and clearly on my app order history. She was rude and once finally admitting their fault she continued to be nasty making it seem as printing the missed photos was not part of her job.When i arrived to pick up the remaining part of my order, the other photos were not printed. I attempted to return 3 items I purchased earlier that day and was told I didn’t get them there and I can not have a return, only store credit. Again, witnessing other employees unwilling to help the costumer & do their job. A manager who was there did not help& was just as rude as other employees. Do not go to this store, I’ve switched to Livingston where the staff is wonderful. I suggest making the change. This pharmacy should be closed down.

Please understand just because a particular store is in a certain LOCATION DOES NOT MEAN SERVICE WILL BE ANY BETTER !!!! I called the store many times and all they did was pick up the phone and hang it up . SMH this is ridiculous the point of being able to call some place to be sure whatever it is a person is looking for is in the store before an unnecessary trip is made ! Please do better Walgreens in West Orange NJ !

How is it possible that this store is open and I don't have the key to take out a medicine? They say that an employee has it. How is that possible? The key must be in the store at all times.

Unprofessional and untidy. This is not a well managed or well kept Walgreens. There is also no self checkout. It would be wise for Walgreens to organize this store. Every single time I go there, bins everywhere, blocking products or just the isle in general. Come on...do better.

I’ve never encountered any issues at my local! I actually love the vibes of the workers and watched them hustle from helping customers to offloading trucks ??????! Women power Not gender antagonizing but that’s who I always see!! Love their strength
