Zero Stars! Don't use this bank! I am a 40-Year customer and recently had a fraudulent check which was stolen out of the mail and deposited into another bank. The check was so clearly fraudulent that it should have not cleared one bank much less two! They now tell me that they will not restore my funds for 100-120 days! So they allow fraud to be committed on my account and they make me suffer! Take your business elsewhere!

Absolutely rude and unprofessional people here. Constantly contradicting themselves and their ability to help customers, I’ve had nothing but nightmare experiences at this branch and with this bank in general.

it was really great the person I was talking to her name was April she was so wonderful sweet and nice and that's what I'm looking for every time when I go into Banks some people really rude but PNC Bank in Norfolk Avenue is really they have nice

Always a great time when I go here. The staff is wonderful. I usually end up staying 10 minutes just talking to the tellers Ms Brenda, Zeba and Melissa. The best staff. The best branch.
