In general PNC services have gone south since covid. From disputes to simple check card requests everything is a big hassle. I have come here multiple times for a simple replacement check card and to follow up on a dispute. After getting the original dispute response emailed to me it was closed the same day. The check card was issued against the wrong acct. So now I have to return again because the one that showed up in the mail never ever was it followed up with a PIN. I just want to close one acct but stuck because I can't get any human to issue a checkcard and a pin. I've already moved all my money to Quontic.

Drive thru ATM, but if need to go inside, it has parking in back where Drive thru is.

Worst bank ever ! They asked me to print my signature , twice , to verify it's me. Still didn't give my money. I went to other branch and they just gave it to me easly. Anytime I went here in this location I felt like I got judged because of my look and my hair. They kinda think I'm homeless and steal someones card or something. Not cool.

staff members at this place seems like they are very inexperience or they just don’t want to do their job correctly. it has happened to me twice that went i go there to withdraw over 5k from my account. they claimed that they don’t have it, makes no sense. if you can go elsewhere, i suggest you do….

So far my second visit to this branch and the service from the manager is appalling. I have been with PNC for over 15 years and to be treated with the attitude that way given to me is absurd. They lack the service for small businesses. I remember getting checks as a courtesy when I opened the first business account with them 10 years ago. She was very clear about that not being something she can do. Oh well, at least I can order online. Nope denied access. Two step authorization doesn't work. Called customer service and they hung up. So, I decided to go to the branch for help. Now, appointments are rudely shoved in your face. No more are the days of walking into the branch when there is an issue. No, you get degraded for needing immediate assistance. Even while I'm holding thousands of dollars to deposit. Hours of waiting for a simple deposit and access to my account is pretty ridiculous.

Multiple times I have gone to this bank now someone else in my family had to go and the same thing happened the customer service rep was just too chatty she wasted an enormous amount of our time talking about HER family and did not even give us all of the options that were available for the service we needed. They need to understand that most people DO NOT have time to hear about your problems. We were polite and did not interrupt her (not like she gave us a chance to) but due to the last incident where she failed to actually provide adequate customer service I am upset.

Gregory Cater at the PNC Pittsburgh location is one of the rudest PNC employees I have ever talked to in my entire life. I never leave reviews of this nature. But after this conversation, I am considering taking my business to Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Suntrust or any other Bank after the way I was talked to. PNC needs to step it up with better costumer service. The way I was treated on the phone was completely out of line and inappropriate. This employee needs to be tutored or let go ASAP.

Im writing this review specifically for the representative that helped me open up my bank account Paulette. One of the best, most pleasant reps Ive ever had Very politeful, explained everything & was very helpful. She offered me water, tea or juice. If you have any questions or issues in your account, go to her! I wish all customer service reps could be so professional & respectful. This branch has a gem.

Very lazy unprofessional tellers. Don't even know how to deposit a check throught drive-thru! Very rude and unclassy. Costumer service was terrible!
Stay away from the short and slim teller. She's ignorant and discriminated against a client because of their accent!!!

The tellers at the drive thru are usually prompt in completing transactions
