First and foremost, I just want to say I’ve been bringing my dog here for months for grooming and I can honestly say this has been the most satisfied I’ve been with this new groomer, Judy! From the time I arrived to drop up until pickup Judy was absolutely outstanding! She was very attentive to my senior dog who is dealing with cataracts. I was considering changing locations, but Judy made my decision to stay as long as she’s there! Thank you Judy!

I am a new cat owner and took my cat to have his shots completed per my documentation. The vet Dr. Ashraf Shehab was extremely unprofessional. I informed him the paperwork I received stated he only needed one more shot. He said I am a vet too and this is my recommendation. I told him I understand that but I don’t know why they put that he only needed one more shot. He then proceeded to meet me with attitude and I told him I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling at me and told me he had the right to refuse service to me. I told him I’m not disagreeing with him but I just didn’t understand why they would say that because I am a new cat owner. He said do you want the shot or not. I told him I did. The assistant approached me and and asked if I would be getting his additional shot and I told her not here. I don’t like how I’m being treated. The vet raising his voice to me. And told me if I keep talking about him he was not give my cat the shots. I told him I’m entitled to now like how I’m being treated and that I never once said I didn’t want the shot but that I was confused as to what they put on my paperwork. He told me she still not shutting her stupid mouth. After that I lost my composure and told him he needed to shut up. He grabbed a roll of napkins and it appeared aggressive. I was frightened at the fact that he aggressively grabbed my he napkins out of surprise, I asked if he was going to hit me. I told him you might behave like this where you are from but not with me. I told him to go and talk to his wife like that not me. He continued to argue with me and I told him to shut up. He followed me to the register and threatened to sue me. I have never in my life been treated like this.As a new cat owner trying to understand something I should have never been met with such and attitude and talked down to.

Cashier was friendly, I was able to find what I purchased easily& I enjoyed taking a few minutes to look at some of the animals in the store, whose environments looked clean & the animals looked healthy.

If you are bringing your pet here to see the vet, DO NOT DO IT. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I made an appointment for 4:30 & when I got there I had to look around for 5 minutes just to find them. I approached a guy & asked him where was the vet & he said “We are the vet right here.” He was very respectful. His assistant (lady) looked at me with an attitude & asked me in a very rude way “What is the dog’s name?” & when I answered she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t see anyone after 4:30. Which is a lie because they have appointments for up to 4:55 p.m. I had to spend money to get there in a Uber, & to get back home, for absolutely nothing. No point in asking what was the dogs name if she was just going to lie & say they don’t see anyone after 4:30. She almost seemed racist to a point. Never going there again.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I don’t recommend coming here to get your pet groomed, waste of money and time and terrible service. Brought my two dogs to get groomed this past Saturday and I was extremely unsatisfied with the service. They didn’t even give one of my dogs a haircut and when I asked about the teeth cleaning, they said “somewhat” keep in mind, teeth cleaning is an extra charge. Dropped off my dogs at 9am and they called us to pick them up at 1:30pm to only to see that they didn’t bathe my dogs right because they didn’t even clean around their face, on top of not giving my dogs a haircut. Waited all that time when I could’ve done a better job myself. One of the groomers was very rude from the start, I should’ve noticed that was already a red flag. The groomer then proceeded to tell me that I have to pay at the register, when she left, another groomer mentioned to go pay at the register, I mentioned to her that “I’m aware”, but as you can see, they only care about taking your money. I also expressed to the cashier that I was unsatisfied and she just ignored me and said “you don’t have to leave a tip then.” Never coming back here again .

a bad experience, the worst in the time I have had my pet, I made an appointment to trim my dog's hair, I left him at 9 am and they called me to pick him up at 1:30 pm and they did nothing because he didn't leave my The dog has had his hair cut more than 25 times and they have always done it without any problem. The girl who helped me, Madelyn, was very rude and I realized that she has no experience at all. The most amazing thing that happened to me when I went to pick up my Channel They charged me $50 for giving him a bath, something I can do at home. They are thieves. I don't recommend that very dirty place.

Would not trust employees accepting the items you return to Amazon. I returned the 3 Amazon items for which they don't give you a receipt so that they can steal your return items. So you have no proof you returned the items. When you check the return status on your refund on your Amazon account, it indicates the items have not been returned. The employees are a bunch of thieves.
