I hate to given a low score but I really dislike the look and feel of this store. The lights seem so dim and the floors never seem clean. i actually don’t like taking my dog with me when I go here. I just think they should clean the floors more often.
Also the petco I’m used to near my old home offers everything I’m used to getting.
The service is great and the employees are always nice and efficient.

I brought Oliver in for his annual shots. The two assistants couldn't be nicer! However, the vet herself, when putting a needle I to Oliver, I believe didn't insert the needle in him properly . He let out a high screech. In the three years we have had Oliver and brought him in for his shots... he took them like a champ. Oliver was neutered a week prior. The vet, in her disdained voice, told me his area was extremely irritated. He had been wearing a cone for a week. Apparently, the cone he was wearing was not preventing him from licking the area. We did purchase a bigger coin for him, and he is completely healed. She then stated that the collar he was wearing was too small for him, and I needed to purchase another. Some bedside manner she has!!! Never returning to Petco for Vetco or any other of Oliver's needs!

I visited Petco for a dog grooming for my baby girl Bella. They took her in as a walk in which was really nice considering I screwed up the dates. They were patient and professional and did such an amazing job with my baby girl. She walked put looking like a completely different pup! I even bought her her first outfit from there which was adorable and read social butterfly! The prices were very unbelievably reasonable and they have a long term customer ?
