I went in to close my account and they told me my account would be closed on friday. I called back and they NEVER closed my account. worst bank!!!!!!!!!!

I have gone twice to this location asking for assistance on adding a bill pay on my account that kept erroring out. I was assisted by Shawn, who determined that their systems were down. He asked me to come the next day, I told him I will be back at 1130am which is my lunch break, he said he will be there- just to find out that he wasn't there and that the systems where still down. If I didn't get my VA direct deposited here, I would have requested a cashiers check and closed my account. They have mediocre tablets, awful wifi service and their operating systems are old fashioned. This is a bootleg bank..

I walked into the branch this morning to get help with getting a temporary card & disputing charges (I was told I could by a bank agent over the phone) and the assistant branch manager Mary was very rude in her approach to tell me I was misinformed. When I tried to explain that she didn't need to be so rude in her explanation, she was even more rude. I left that branch and drove to pleasant valley way and Juliet assisted me and was a lot more helpful and kind. Never going back to Main Street branch ever again. If you can, take the drive to Pleasant Valley Way where the staff is so much friendlier.
